Support and what to expect

RTSP.RUN is built as a self-service browser player and embed utility for publicly reachable RTSP/RTSPS streams. This page explains when the self-service flow is enough and when it makes more sense to use contact.

The goal is not to imply an enterprise support model that does not exist today. The goal is to explain honestly what the website can help with immediately and when it makes sense to send your use case, camera model, or blocker through the contact form.

When self-service is usually enough

  • you already have a publicly reachable RTSP or RTSPS URL
  • you want to verify browser playback quickly or get the embed code
  • requirements, security, and troubleshooting pages are enough as supporting material

When to use the contact form

  • You are working on a client or business use case and need to validate fit, limits, or security implications.
  • You do not know the RTSP URL yet, but you do have a camera model and need to know whether the product is worth pursuing.
  • The stream start failed and you are not sure whether the blocker is the URL, the network, or a poor product fit.

What not to expect today

  • No SLA or enterprise support model.
  • No managed onboarding for private internal CCTV or complex VMS scenarios.
  • No promises around recording, analytics, or compliance capabilities that the product does not provide.
